Please contact us at reservations@cambodiaangkorairline.com for cancellation and refund request. The refund will be credited directly to the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets online. Note: Depends on the rules and conditions of your ticket class, the refund may NOT be allowed OR a refund fee may be applied.
The following items which in a passenger’s possession may be considered as weapons or dangerous objects and are not accepted as carry-on baggage:
• All knives, including hunting knives and others;
• Swords;
• Bludgeons, blackjacks, billy clubs or similar instruments;
• Any other device or object not commonly viewed as dangerous, but the possession of which suggests that it may be used as a weapon, namely, ice picks, straight (cut-throat) razors, long-blade scissors, etc.
Once payment is received, we'll process your booking and issue an e-ticket to send to your registered email address. If you don’t receive your eTicket Receipt within 12 hours after purchase, please contact us at reservations@cambodiaangkorairline.com.
If you do not check in by the check-in on-time, you will not be able to travel on the flight. Depending on your ticket class, you will be charged the extra charges for change fee and/or fare differences.
CambodiaAngkorAirline website participates in Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ security feature.
We offer our clients 2 options:
- Payment through onepay.vn (A payment gateway company for all oversea payment to our company) by using credit cards: VISA and MasterCard.
- Payment through payment link prepared by our staff to support booking through email.
Please present your passport and reservation code/airline code (or ticket number showing on your e-ticket) at the check-in counter to collect your boarding pass and get on the flight.
